Estimating:
For Redwood Sales estimating is not simply providing a price but rather an integral part of doing our job well. A good estimator asks a lot of questions. Is the window appropriate for the project? What windows need to be tempered? Is an egress window required at a particular location? These are but a few of the questions that need to be answered on every window bid. At Redwood we take estimating seriously. We know that a good job begins with a good quotation.

Delivery:
Whether out of our warehouse in New Holland, Pa., or direct from one of our manufacturers, Redwood Sales’ long experience with delivering windows assures you that the windows and doors will arrive on time and free of damage.

Installation:
The best window is only as good as its installation. That’s why Redwood Sales offers installation assistance. We can order shop drawings with installation details, suggest installation techniques or, for a fee, install the windows and doors for you. Some of our inside and outside sales people are accredited installers, graduates of the American Architectural Manufacturers Association’s (AAMA) intensive course on window installation.

Quality Assurance:
Our criteria for selecting our manufacturers include adherence to formal quality manufacturing programs and strong warranties. Without exception, our manufacturers’ products are reviewed and certified by independent auditors whose sole purpose is to assure the windows and doors are consistently manufactured to high standards. Certification programs include Energy Star, AAMA, the Hallmark Certification Program and the National Fenestration Ratings Council. Plus Redwood Sales insists that the windows and doors we sell are backed by written warranties, supported by solid companies, whose experience is measured not in years but in decades.

Exterior Door Prehanging:
Our large inventory of door panels, glass patterns and frame accessories enables us to offer our customers a quality pre-hung door at the right price, at the right time.
